Every surface tells a story. When devices protrude, clip, or frame themselves against architecture, they interrupt that story. KIERUTEC exists to remove the interruption.
The name derives from the Japanese 消える (kieru — to vanish) and technology. It is a precise statement of intent: devices remain fully functional, connected, and accessible. They simply leave no trace on the surface.
Where competitors rely on gypsum — a material that absorbs moisture, fractures under impact, and blocks radio signals — we build with PA12 composite and ABS resin, engineered in-house via advanced additive manufacturing. No moulds, no minimum runs, no compromises on shape.
Additive Manufacturing gives us design freedom conventional tooling cannot match. Complex geometries, internal channels, undercuts, lattice structures, and bespoke cutouts are all possible — at any quantity, for any project. Each part can be customised to the exact device, the exact surface, the exact installation condition. One-off or one thousand, the economics are the same.
The result is not an incremental improvement. It is a category correction.

Every competitor in this space builds on gypsum or aluminium. Both fail in ways that matter in Gulf conditions. PA12 and ABS do not.
Each KIERUTEC product is manufactured in either PA12 or ABS resin — not both. The choice is determined by geometry, production volume, and intended application. Some products are offered exclusively in one material; others are available in both, specified on the product datasheet.
Our Dubai production facility manufactures PA12 components to sub-millimetre tolerances with architectural-grade surface finishes, ready for coating and installation.
For larger-format components and specific geometries, ABS resin extends the platform — maintaining the same precision while enabling cost-effective scaling.
This is not outsourced manufacturing. Design, engineering, production, and finishing — all under one roof at 3DX Additive Manufacturing, Dubai.
Each family addresses a distinct integration point in architectural space. All share the same PA12 composite and ABS material foundation, engineered for Gulf climate.

Flush Mount Wall Housing
MODEL ENVKNX-WOOD · VERSION 1.0
A precision-engineered flush mount enclosure designed to be installed within any panel — wood, stone, tile or any surface material. A cutting template is provided for precise panel or wall cutout. The device mounts via screws inside the enclosure, and a magnetic cover snaps on top for a seamless, refined finish.
